Hi, I have been in the real estate industry since 1997 and became a licensed real estate at the age of 24. My passion, though, is operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. In 2005, we opened Elders Real Estate in Batemans Bay; I became an integral part of our business, ensuring all technologies and operations in our sales, property management, and commercial departments were successful. In July 2020, we sold Elders and retained McBride Commercial Properties. This has been a very exciting time as I am able to hone my skills in running and operating a virtual office. All of our processes and procedures are online and all with the help of Penny Copy, who also works from her home office.
